At 1Up Retro Clothing, we value your business and strive for complete satisfaction. This policy outlines our terms for returns, refunds, and exchanges to ensure a transparent shopping experience at our Sacramento store and online.
1. Order Cancellation
We process orders quickly to get your vintage finds to you as soon as possible.
- Cancellation Window: You may cancel your order without penalty within 24 hours of purchase.
- Process: Contact us at support@oneupretroclothing.com or call (916) 306-8863 with your order number.
- Post-24 Hours: Once the window has passed, orders are sent to fulfillment and cannot be cancelled.
2. Returns & Eligibility
Due to the unique nature of vintage apparel, we accept returns primarily for Manufacturer Errors or Product Defects.
Return Window: Requests must be initiated within 14 calendar days of delivery (online) or purchase (in-store).
Qualifying Issues for Return:
- Sizing Error: Item received does not match the size selected at checkout.
- Incorrect Item: You received a different product than what was ordered.
- Defects: Visible damage, misprints, or seam issues not disclosed in the description.
Note: Returns for personal preference, style changes, or fit issues (where the size matches the order) are generally not accepted for vintage items sold “as-is.”

3. Shipping & Costs
- Defective Items: We will provide a prepaid return label. 1Up Retro Clothing covers all shipping costs for confirmed errors.
- Other Authorized Returns: The customer is responsible for return shipping fees and assumes risk during transit.

4. Refund Processing
- Inspection: Once received, please allow 1-5 business days for us to inspect the item.
- Payment Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method. For cash purchases, store credit or alternative electronic payment will be arranged.
- Timeline: Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3-7 business days for funds to appear in your account.
5. Product Exchanges
We do not offer traditional exchanges. If a manufacturer error is confirmed, we will:
- Ship a replacement product at no cost to you.
- If the item is out of stock, a full refund will be issued.
6. Vintage Item Considerations
Vintage garments often show minor signs of age. These imperfections are part of the item’s history and are not considered “defects” unless they significantly differ from our website description or photos. We encourage careful inspection before purchase.
